2025 Unity Campaign for Frederick County

Empowering Community Leaders Network, Inc. is proud to announce we are participating in the 2025 United Way Unity Campaign for Frederick County. This special initiative amplifies generosity and helps nonprofits like ours expand their reach and impact. With your support, our mission is realized in greater proportions. We can provide even more mentorship opportunities, educational resources, and life-changing experiences for participants in our program.

Your donation to this campaign is an investment in the lives of middle school girls in our signature mentoring program, S.W.A.G. (Sisters Wholesome Aspiring toward Greatness).

Here’s how your contribution will directly support ECLN’s mission:

• Increase our enrollment of S.W.A.G. participants across Frederick County
• Enable us to deliver an average of 32 leadership capacity building workshops throughout the year, which include college tours, career explorations, etiquette, health and fitness, cultural exposure, and over 70 hours of enrichment activities
• Prepare young female leaders to assume leadership roles in their schools and communities
